This mastermind isn’t just about handing you information. The thing most courses don't teach leaders is how you have to think differently and more conceptually as you ascend your leadership journey. I teach life-changing foundational knowledge about power dynamics and how to lead like a woman.  You will be able to grow in your career with confidence, authenticity, intention, and joy. You will also gain access to a network of women who share your level of ambition and intention, and form bonds to support one another.

The women I’ve helped are diverse in every way,  including age, race, ethnicity, and profession. This course is not for the beginner or very early career woman. It will be most meaningful if you are already in a leadership role in an organization or own your own company. It is available online and self directed with or without masterminds. It provides the core learnings that inform Intentioning.

Yes, and we have quantifiable statistics to prove it: a third-party evaluation found that 20% had asked for and received a raise or promotion within two months after the course, 40% had sought and received  higher levels of leadership within 6 months, over 80% had extended their support to other women, and 100% would recommend the course to others. I often hear from women a year or two later, exited to tell me they put their hat in the ring for a role they never thought they would have the courage to do--and got the job. Or that they achieved the long range goal on their Plan, started their business, or, yes, sometimes left an organization that didn't appreciate their contributions and got a better job elsewhere. 

Of course there is no guarantee. Much depends on the Vision, Courage, and Action you are able to apply. And in today's turbulent world, there are always disruptions such as layoffs, new competitors, and new technologies that change the playing field. This Mastermind will meet online once a week for 3 months.  I encourage you to attend live to get the most out of the course, but recordings will be housed in the community and accessible for one year after the course ends.

The community will also remain active for at least a year. 

While I encourage you to complete your Plan in order to receive your certificate in week 13, if you finish it later, you will be celebrated and sent your certificate and badge at that time.

I've set aside two sessions for small group coaching where you can bring your business ideas, problems, and questions to get useful group feedback.
