Women in Law Leadership
Countless women have made great strides in earning law degrees and securing entry level positions upon graduation.
Yet, it’s evident that we are still a long way from gender parity in leadership. Women make up only:
30%
non-equity partners
28%
of general counsel in the Fortune 500
20%
equity partners
0%
of top 10 most highly compensated in most law firms
What if we worked together to achieve Take The Lead’s BOLD mission for women?
Take The Lead prepares, develops, inspires and propels all women of all diversities and intersectionalities to take their fair and equal share of leadership positions across all sectors by 2025.
